Scott Asper, CPA Executive Director

Scott joined the foundation as Finance Director in 2002. He obtained his CPA designation in 1993 and has held several management positions in the areas of public accounting and corporate finance. Before joining the Foundation, Scott worked with a national public accounting firm as an audit manager specializing in not-for-profit and small business clients as well as a bank officer for 1st Bank and a senior financial analyst with CenturyLink. As Finance Director, Scott is responsible for all financial programs and services offered by the Foundation as well as the internal accounting and finance functions. Scott also attends meetings and provides support for the Foundation’s investment, finance and property committees. Scott is married with two children and enjoys fishing, golf, tennis and basketball.

Pandora smolinski, Accounting Assistant

Pandora came to the Foundation in December 2016 to work on various projects as a free-lance clerk. In December of 2022, Pandora was hired by the Foundation to be a member of the staff. She has two BA’s in History and Writing from Metro State University. Pandora spent a majority of her adult life working in food service and hospitality management. Pandora has a committed life partner and is the mother of two children, one of whom was adopted at birth and has since re-joined her family. She is the grandmother of one.
